Liaung-Chung Yen

Liaung-Chung Yen graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2001 with a Masters of Fine Arts degree in metal and jewelry design. He has since received rave reviews on his jewelry designs and become one of the most distinguished young designers in the market. The New York Foundation for the Arts awarded him a fellowship in 2005. He was a finalist for the NICHE awards and received 2nd place in the MJSA Vision award. He has also been a part of numerous exhibitions.

Yen approaches jewelry design as creating small works of art and sculpture. Each piece tells a story of the time in which it was created. He says, "The work is not meant to isolate specific meanings, rather suggest a moment of thought where stillness, beauty and illumination can peacefully coexist." This can be seen through the continuity and enlightened aesthetic of his jewelry. The pieces truly elevate the wearer to higher plane of thinking through intelligent and thoughtful design. We are proud to offer Yen's rings as part of our exclusive engagement ring and wedding band collection.
